I am emailing you to cancel my ... policy # xxxxxxxxxxx, on my 2000 Carri-Lite travel trailer.
We made it back to Canada safely and now registering & insuring the said trailer with Canadian privince, so no need for US insurance anymore.
Wade & I want to thank you, as well as everyone in the office, for your courteous, helpful and inforative help that you gave us Canadians!!!

Ken Keslar and Desert Insurance LLC have provided us with the most comprehensive, thorough service that I have ever seen. I never knew there were so many things to consider when seeking insurance coverage. I think Ken and his team have gone out of their way to ensure that we have adequate coverage and yet, not too much. He spent many hours reviewing what we had and where we needed to be. He explained everything in language we could understand. They have been helpful when we had questions and very eager to serve. I have been a satisfied customer of Desert Insurance LLC for over three years. When I first moved to Yuma I was fortunate to meet Ken Keslar who was able to help me with all of my insurance needs. Currently I have my automobiles and home insurance with Ken as well as my company's group health policy. As an independent agent Ken is able to offer a variety of different carriers and able to present a selection of different price offerings.

What impressed me the most was last year when it was time to renew our company's group health policy Ken was able to put together a program that was significantly less than the previous years cost. Remind you that is when the majority of insurance carriers typically will increase their rates ten to twenty percent for whatever reason.

Ken,
I just wanted to send this letter to just say thank you for all your help over the years you have given to my wife and I.
A recent example of this was the purchase of a new car that was originally for my daughter and son-in-law. Because their credit was such that they couldn't make the actual purchase, I ended up as the owner. You and your staff had my new car as well as my daughter and son-in-law covered under our insurance in less than 24 hours. I think you call that peace of mind.
We've known oneanother for quite a few years, and when the real estate market went south you were instrumental in helping me save hundreds of dollars a year when I changed over to new auto and homeowners insurance.
No one likes to deal with insurance for the obvious reasons, but it's always been a pleasure working with you as well as your staff which are nothing short of top notch.
